BANK OF AMERICA
One of the largest financial institutions in the US, Bank of America wanted to connect with their private banking and small business customer base. The aim was to create an online community for their everyday customers and how they’ve benefited from products and services focused on private banking and small businesses. Personal stories told through videos and interviews, as well as small business success stories are presented on The Way Ahead community website, plus helpful tools, stats and resources for better management of customer finances. The videos and personal stories were also spread to Bank of America social media channels, encouraging more current and potential customers to join in the exchange.
